What is the typical turnaround time for an order?

On average, orders take 3-4 weeks for us to complete but during our busiest months (October – January), those lead times increase to 6+ weeks.

What is your minimum order requirement?

We require a minimum order of 12 pieces on most orders. There are some exceptions on repeat orders.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 50% deposit when your order is placed. The remaining 50% balance is due when your order is complete.

Can you ship?

Yes we can ship your order if you live outside of Saskatoon. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

How do we properly size our group for their clothing items?

We always encourage customers to borrow sizing samples before placing their orders. This is the best way to ensure everyone picks the right size. Alternatively, we can provide sizing charts if that works better for your group.
